KronemReach is a platform developed by KronemLabs to automate sales and commercial contact campaigns through various channels, such as phone calls, WhatsApp messages, or emails.
Users can create and manage campaigns, register prospects, and allow an artificial intelligence agent to conduct outreach and schedule appointments.
To facilitate meeting coordination and follow-ups, the application integrates with Google Calendar and Microsoft Calendar, allowing users to connect their accounts to check availability and create events automatically.
KronemReach only accesses information necessary from integrated calendar services (Google Calendar and Microsoft Teams Calendar) to:
KronemReach does not access other services (such as Gmail, Outlook Mail, Drive, OneDrive, or contacts) and does not collect additional personal data beyond what is strictly necessary for system operation.
Prospect data (name, phone, email, or other user-defined fields) is exclusively loaded by users within the platform.

Google or Microsoft authentication tokens are stored securely and encrypted, and are automatically deleted when access is revoked.
KronemLabs applies measures aligned with international information security standards (such as ISO 27001) and industry best practices.
All information managed within the system—including prospects, campaigns, users, records, and events—is considered strictly confidential.
KronemLabs does not share, sell, or disclose information to third parties, except under valid legal requirement with proper notification.
